100% Refund If you don't like it

  1. The guarantee is only valid for pizzas that were ordered and paid for through the LipLick Pizzeria website.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, customers must complete the feedback form within 24 hours of receiving their pizza and provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction.
  3. To get refund, you will have to meet this conditions:

  5. Answer all of the questions
  6. Add valid reason.
  7. You have to fill in the feedback form if you want your refund.
  8. Maximum 400 Rs. will be refunded.
  9. By accepting the 100% cashback/refund guarantee, customers agree to provide honest and constructive feedback to LipLick Pizzeria to help improve its products and services.
  10. LipLick Pizzeria may ask customers to provide additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to support their refund request.
  11. The guarantee applies only to the pizza ordered and not any other products or services.
  12. LipLick Pizzeria will provide a max 400rs of refund of the purchase price of the pizza, not including any delivery charges or fees associated with the other items purchase.
  13. The refund will be provided in the same form of payment used for the original purchase (e.g. cash, credit card refund, etc.). Or will be added to the loyalty wallet balance. We believe that with your valuable feedback we can improve our product, so next time you order, you can get a discount by applying loyalty points.
  14. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer per order, and LipLick Pizzeria reserves the right to track and check for spam requests from the same address.
  15. The guarantee does not apply to any pizzas that were damaged during delivery by third-party delivery services, such as Swiggy or Zomato, etc.
  16. LipLick Pizzeria reserves the right to deny any refund requests that are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
  17. LipLick Pizzeria will process refund requests within a reasonable timeframe, but customers should allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  18. LipLick Pizzeria may modify or terminate the guarantee at any time without prior notice, but any orders placed before the modification or termination will still be subject to the original terms and conditions of the guarantee.
